Purpose of Position: The Administrative Assistant provides centralized administrative, operational, and light accounting support across multiple Delta business functions. This role serves as a key coordination point to ensure data integrity, telematics accuracy, contract and insurance compliance, and timely processing of supporting financial and operational documentation. The position supports fleet and North Slope activities through telematics monitoring, client communications, travel coordination, and cross-departmental administrative support, while also assisting with selected accounting-related tasks such as documentation review, billing support, expense processing, and data reconciliation. The Administrative Assistant helps maintain accurate, audit-ready records and efficient workflows across operations, accounting, and client service functions. This position is expected to evolve with business needs and may assume additional responsibilities in support of Delta’s operations over time.
