About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bedford, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient professional who can provide crucial support to our office operations. Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to appropriate team members Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports to support management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Support other departments with various administrative tasks as required Greet visitors and create a welcoming office environment This is a Full Time Position: Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am- 5:00pm Rate of pay $21-$24hr.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-service oriented attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks as needed
  • Reliable transporation and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Bookkeeping experience would be helpful but not required.
