As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support under supervision in our Equipment Service Department. This position will assist with data entry in multiple systems and other administrative tasks. Critical for success are strong attention to detail, prioritize, and the ability to multitask . Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree
  • Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)
  • Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear and concise
