About The Position

Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Administrative Assistant role, you’ll support the project needs within the Project Management department. Day to day, that might include: Support departmental and project needs by coordinating meetings, schedules and communications between team members as well as managing expense reports Collaborate with consultants to identify, research and interpret information Create and distribute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and meetings notes Contribute information and updates to project management dashboard To be successful in this role, we’re looking for candidates who possess the following skills and traits: You’ll love this roll if you enjoy planning, organizing and getting into the minute details of each project or initiative There are a lot of changes in our industry so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
