Handles independently a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions. (i.e. special events, mass mailings, policy manual update, training, etc.) Coordinates department schedule and/or calendar Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education - Post high school diploma preferred
  • Experience - Two (2) years of related experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database)
  • Data entry skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Communication skills
