About The Position

Provide administrative support to enhance Social Work and Chaplain Initiatives, as well as complementary therapies for clinical teams. Will assist Department Coordinator with Pediatrics and Grief Support and other department admin functions. In addition, will assist TCH Education department with administrative support.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of office support experience. Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Word, basic Excel and Windows skills.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills required. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to prioritize duties on a daily basis in response to rapidly changing patient care needs. Ability to utilize outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with data entry for program in EMR, Excel sheets, database and grant reports.
  • Responsible for grant tracking as it relates to Complementary Therapy (Music and Massage).
  • Assists with answering and triaging, returning all department grief support calls.
  • Schedules appointments.
  • Responds to grief counseling inquiries (web referral, grief email, JotForm)
  • Assists in gathering statistics for programmatic data.
  • Assists in supporting program development.
  • Attends IDT meetings and documents data, as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Word, Excel reports as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of urgency, customer consciousness and service excellence.
  • Participate as an active supporter of the Treasure Health compliance program, including the emphasis to report, as well as complying with all Federal, State and Local laws as well as the organization’s compliance program.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities related to the success of the strategic plan of the organization, as requested and assigned.
  • As departmental programmatic duties shift, ability to be flexible.
  • Provides feedback and viable solutions to improve programmatic processes.
  • Assists with departmental special events
  • Assists with special projects, as needed
  • Set up office daily, aware of environment
  • Maintain supplies of collaterals, office supplies, etc.
