Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service-related field.
  • High level of computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Products.
  • Highly developed communication skills, written, listening and speaking.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field.
  • Two to four years in a similar role with administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of home health practices, procedures and standards in accordance with state and federal regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Point of contact for clients and caregivers in regards to authorizations, hours, services, policies, procedures, etc.
  • Ongoing communication with clients and caregivers regarding authorizations including expiration dates and hours authorized.
  • Returning phone calls.
  • Administrative
  • Printing and sending documents using DocuSign.
  • Assist with the completion of I-9 forms both in-person and via phone.
  • Conduct background checks.
  • Data entry into various internal software systems.
  • Mail or email documents to employees regularly, track and follow up on outstanding documents.
