About The Position

Telesolv Consulting is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide professional administrative, clerical, and office support services in support of a federal client. This role supports managers and staff by ensuring efficient office operations, accurate documentation, coordination of activities, and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (government or regulated environment preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Prepare, format, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with procedures
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and communications
  • Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials
  • Coordinate visitor access, meeting logistics, and administrative support activities
  • Answer and route phone calls and respond to inquiries using established procedures
  • Track action items, assignments, and follow-ups for staff and management
  • Assist with data collection, report preparation, and information tracking
  • Support timekeeping, travel documentation, and administrative processing as required
  • Assist with onboarding/ offboarding paperwork and administrative forms as needed
  • Provide support for special projects, ad hoc requests, and time-sensitive tasks
  • Serve as backup support to front office, correspondence control, or other administrative staff as needed
