About The Position

Camp Kaylie is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Administrative Assistant with strong computer skills to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include financial coding, conducting camper and staff reference checks, communicating with external vendors, processing staff paperwork, and providing general administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and prior administrative experience is preferred. This is a part-time position based in Brooklyn.
