About The Position

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Compliance/Quality Management Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medford, NY. In this role, the Compliance/Quality Management Administrative Assistant will assist the Compliance/Quality Management Department with general administrative duties and office support for the Compliance/Quality Management Department. In addition, act as receptionist for Medford Building A, as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and two (2) years of related experience
  • Clean and valid Driver’s License
  • Fingerprinting, criminal record check and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Compliance/Quality Management Department with general administrative duties
  • Provide office support for the Compliance/Quality Management Department
  • Act as receptionist for Medford Building A, as necessary
