About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will provide front-line administrative and office support by managing daily operations, supplies, and communications in a professional and efficient work environment. This role supports multiple departments with clerical, accounting, and document management tasks. This role is located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees professionally via in-person, phone, and email communications.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services while maintaining organized filing, scanning, and document backup systems.
  • Order, receive, stock, and track office, kitchen, and meeting room supplies, including maintaining inventory and supporting construction project needs.
  • Provide general administrative and accounting support, including preparing accounts payable checks with backup and maintaining invoice documentation.
  • Utilize office software and systems (Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, NewStar) to prepare reports, marketing materials, checklists, and other business documents.
