This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient daily workflow and exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with scheduling and general inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, including manual follow-up when needed
- Verifying insurance eligibility prior to appointments
- Checking patients out and reviewing account balances
- Monitoring quick-fill and missed appointment queues to proactively fill schedule gaps
- Assisting with surgery scheduling and coordination, including communication with partnered surgery facilities
- Providing administrative support during slower periods and designated closed days (including phone coverage
- Maintaining accuracy in scheduling systems and supporting overall front office workflow
