About The Position

This vast list of project experience includes services for virtually every type of public and private client associated with industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. Ardaman has the following opportunity available: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Full-time position working in Ardaman’s Baton Rouge office. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing, data entry, incoming/outgoing mail, typing reports and proposals, copying, collating and binding reports and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent phone skills and a friendly phone voice
  • Type 50+ wpm proficiently and accurately preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Willing to learn and use daily, customized reporting software
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge
  • Must be very organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work at our office location during regular business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years secretarial experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in an engineering, architectural, or construction office is preferred.
