We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with mid-level experience to support accounting, office operations, and client coordination in a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of administrative and financial processes to keep our office running smoothly. What You’ll Do The Administrative Assistant will support both accounting activities and general business operations. You will help maintain accurate financial records, assist clients, and provide vital internal coordination to ensure the team can work efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, accounting support or office coordination.
  • Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business , or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Interest in learning about business operations within a technology-focused company

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial software (experience with Sage 50 is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general financial recordkeeping
  • Support Accounts Receivable (invoicing, payments, and collections)
  • Manage Accounts Payable (purchasing, payment reviews, and processing)
  • Maintain accurate digital and paper records and organize company files
  • Answer phones and assist clients with billing or account inquiries
  • Provide general office and administrative support , including HR coordination and documentation
