Responsibilities

  • Collect and record resident rent payments and receivables.
  • Prepare and make bank deposits.
  • Maintain accurate rental records using accounting software.
  • Assist with accounts payable and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support preparation of operating and capital budgets.
  • Maintain petty cash and support payroll/benefit coordination
  • Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
  • Type, copy, and format various documents (resident summaries, memos, contracts, reports).
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive resident or staff information.
  • Schedule and assist with special meetings and functions.
  • Maintain organized and accurate resident files, unit records, and office documentation.
  • Assist with tours for prospective residents and help with leasing paperwork.
  • Enter new resident data into accounting and building systems; remove former residents as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, visitors, and community agencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Cornerstone’s values at all times.
  • Respond promptly to resident questions, concerns, or service requests.
