Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to join our team. The administrative assistant will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and assisting with other day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain and update filing systems
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
