As Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate field, you will perform a variety of traditional clerical tasks which will include, but not limited to, create and modify documents & presentations, data entry, market research, and organization information for clients. You will also be required to prepare monthly reporting packages, complete assigned projects, and provide Executive support as needed. The position will include both team and solo projects. Strong Word, Excel, Adobe and proofreading skills and attention to detail are a must! Some travel is required.
