We are seeking a detail‑oriented, service‑driven administrative professional who will provide essential support to leaders and clinical teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations across the department, coordinating schedules, managing communications, supporting provider scheduling, and maintaining a well‑organized, responsive administrative environment for both leaders and providers. The Administrative Assistant provides basic administrative and technical support to leaders and clinical teams, including hospitalists, palliative care teams, and residents. This role manages provider scheduling needs, supports meetings and departmental operations, coordinates supply ordering, and ensures timely communication across a complex, fast‑moving clinical environment. The position requires someone who is organized, responsive, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
