As a Full Time Administrative Assistant at Family Resources Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our programs run seamlessly. Your primary responsibilities will include completing data entry across various platforms with precision while adhering to strict deadlines. You’ll handle general administrative duties such as word processing, photocopying, filing, and managing all incoming and outgoing mail for SP2B, Counseling, and CERTAIN programs. You will be the first point of contact, responding to incoming telephone calls, relaying messages, and providing essential programmatic information. Your warm greeting will make clients feel welcome as you assist them with necessary paperwork and schedule their appointments. You will also conduct follow-up calls, perform data entry for screenings and case closures, and assist in report preparation.
