Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors and patients.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases.
- Support patient care by updating demographic and insurance information.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
- Assist with prescription renewals and clinical documentation.
