Provides administrative support to the Department of Patient and Family Resources. Work performed involves a variety of responsibilities in varying degrees of difficulty, ranging from standard secretarial assignments to administrative duties that would otherwise require the personal attention of the Database Coordinator, Department Director, administrative staff or department staff. Performs, with a considerable degree of independent accountability, difficult technical and administrative work in support of the department's core functions and processes.
