The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that help keep our gym running smoothly. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate records, supporting the management team, assisting members with basic inquiries, and ensuring all administrative functions operate efficiently.   • Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and email communication
  • Assist with scheduling member appointments, class bookings, and team meetings
  • Provide customer service support by answering calls, responding to messages, and addressing general inquiries
  • Maintain and update digital systems, documents, and member records
  • Assist with membership processing, renewals, and payment tracking
  • Support management in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and manage inventory needs
  • Coordinate communication between trainers, management, and members
  • Help with social media messaging, announcements, or updates (as needed)
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous administrative experience (fitness industry a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
