Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role supports manager(s) and/or employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The individual is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and should be familiar with a variety of health care concepts, practices and procedures. The assistant must be able to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.
