Helping the Administration Department to implement office standards to streamline our processes. Scheduling and calendaring appointments, booking attorney travel, scheduling office events, ordering office supplies, sorting mail, and facsimiles/scanning and saving documents appropriately. Courier and Notary when needed. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
