We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work alongside our top leaders in a fast-growing, cutting-edge food service management company and become an important part of our team. Our ideal candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, has an incredible eye for detail and seeking a challenging, ever-evolving, fast paced role.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft office knowledge, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to learn & work with technology/software
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Communicating with teams and assisting with project management
  • Managing and facilitating a large volume of email replies
  • Reviewing agreements and reports
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Performs additional related dutes as assigned by leadership
