Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide a full range of administrative support to our departmental executives in a dynamic environment. The responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and assisting with projects. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to prepare key internal meetings, help plan summits/offsite events and assist in client prospecting. This role relies heavily on cross-team coordination and communication, ensuring our team is set up for success. Live Nation Media & Sponsorship architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programs with the world’s most recognizable brands. It is an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation’s business including venues, festivals, ticketing, artists, content, media (digital, social, mobile), promotions, and concert production. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relative business experience
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for technology is essential
  • Ability to independently manage one’s time and prioritize multiple tasks to meet associated deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and predict possible needs
  • Knack for communicating with different teams and work styles
  • Have the drive to take initiative, work independently, and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible
  • Have impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

  • Handle expenses for departments and executives in a timely manner
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for departmental executives
  • Book transportation; arrange lodging and meeting accommodations
  • Assist in the upkeep and organization of internal and external sales information
  • Help organize and plan team events including offsites, summits and workshops
