About The Position

Associa is hiring an Administrative Assistant for its corporate office in Bethany Beach, DE. This role will transition to Ocean City, MD at the end of the year.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office, clerical, or administrative experience.
  • Punctual, reliable, proactive, and takes ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Customer service driven and team oriented.
  • Well versed in MS office products and systems savvy.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors and contractors.
  • Research and respond to inquires.
  • Enter and update information in the database.
  • Receive and distribute packages.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Organize and track information.
  • Assist homeowners with monthly payments and delinquencies.
  • Other projects as assigned.
