Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in multitasking and managing competing priorities Familiarity with office administration procedures and best practices
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping

Nice To Haves

  • Additional certifications in office administration, customer service, or hotel management are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the restaurant office
  • Maintain organized filing systems for guest records, invoices, and internal documents
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel/restaurant services, promotions, and local attractions
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping records
  • Draft professional correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of management
  • Ensure timely communication of updates and policies to staff Technology and Office Equipment
  • Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
  • Order office stationery and supplies
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Maintain POS System
  • Check Labor Punches Daily
  • Maintain and Print All Menus
  • Receiving and Purchasing Restaurant Supplies
  • Coding Invoices for Accounting
  • Submit expense reports
  • Keep employee records (physical and digital), in coordination with ADP
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Organize, store, and print company documents as needed
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Handle queries from managers and employees
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
  • Maintain Office Equipment
  • Maintain policies and restaurant policies and procedures
  • Food & Beverage invoice processing and payment tracking
  • Bid process for future project and new vendors prospects. Always 3 bids are required.
