About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment with a U.S.-based team. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal coordination, accurate documentation, and timely communication across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred (or currently enrolled / recently graduated)
  • No prior experience required; internships or part-time admin experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar collaboration platforms
  • Basic understanding of office workflows and administrative processes
  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and meeting schedules
  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and updating documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital records
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, send reminders, and track follow-ups
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
  • Assist with basic reporting and administrative tracking
  • Support team members with day-to-day administrative requests
  • Handle general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
