Our privately owned construction company in Lorton, VA is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting multiple departments while keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Answer and professionally route incoming phone calls
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department (data entry, document preparation, etc.)
  • Assist with general office duties including mail, scanning, copying, and scheduling
  • Learn and take on additional administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Support other departments as business needs arise
