Collects and Reviews documentation of customer participation in Program activities for compliance with Program requirements and assigned hours of participation Ensures that documentation of participation in Program activities is in the data tracking system at least weekly for all customers Data enters hours of participation and activities in which customers are participating Works collaboratively with Program staff to ensure customers are assigned to and participating in activities at all times Contacts assigned Program staff for worksites and Program partner agencies, as applicable, to collect documentation when missing May conduct community outreach to collect documentation of participation from customers and/or partners Prepares reports related to areas of responsibility
