As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of the management office. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience for both current and prospective residents.

Requirements

  • A strong commitment to customer service and community support
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Spanish speaker (A must)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi is encouraged, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all management office visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organize and maintain office files
  • Collect rent payments from residents
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and site team
