About The Position

Spyre Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering long-acting antibodies and antibody combinations to redefine the standard of care for inflammatory bowel disease (“IBD”) and rheumatic diseases. Spyre's pipeline includes investigational extended half-life antibodies targeting α4β7, TL1A, and IL-23. Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant (AA) to provide administrative support to our Sr. Directors/Directors and Sr. Managers. The ideal candidate must have direct experience supporting Directors and Manager. Working 100% remotely, the AA must possess clear, concise communication, be a self-starter, who is proactive, prioritizes tasks and enjoys taking on new assignments. Being flexible, curious, detail-oriented, accountable, and willing to learn is essential.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ related experience as an administrative assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Communicates clearly, concisely and in a highly professional and timely manner with all internal and external partners
  • Experience managing and maintaining sensitive complex calendars of in-person, video, and external meetings across multiple global time zones, while working closely with teams and other EAs within the organization
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook& Teams with the ability to learn new programs, such as SharePoint, Forms, RAMP and Concur for T&E.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience directly supporting Senior Directors/Directors, Sr. Managers/Managers is preferred
  • Biotechnology industry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for team members across the organization
  • Schedule meetings to include both internal and external parties
  • Coordinate and book international and domestic travel needs for team members
  • Submit team expenses and credit card reconciliations in a timely manner and within our company’s policy
  • Assist with meeting planning such as sourcing hotels, meeting space, conference registration and tracking tasks
  • Assist with special projects such as all company events and offsites, onboarding/offboarding contractors and employees and contributing to our Admin SharePoint site
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with other administrators to ensure a high functioning & collaborative admin team environment
