Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other documents
  • Provide back office administrative support to more than 70 multi-specialty practices
  • Assist and support the administrative leadership team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
