About The Position

Provide direct administrative support to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.), including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive leadership. Serve as a liaison between executives and staff, ensuring smooth communication across the office. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks. Organize company events, meetings, and team activities. Support HR and finance functions with documentation, filing, and record-keeping. Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
