About The Position

Griswold Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors and individuals with special needs remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Our office team plays a critical role in supporting caregivers, clients, and families, and we pride ourselves on working together in a respectful, supportive, and mission-driven environment. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact between administrators, care coordinators, caregivers, and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced office, communicates clearly, and enjoys supporting others while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Passion for helping others, especially seniors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm, patient, and professional under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Comfortable learning and using software systems
  • Ability to work in person in the Broomfield office
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Availability to be on-call from home for two holidays per year

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of senior care or home care is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Assist clients and caregivers by responding to questions and concerns
  • Maintain and update client and caregiver records in spreadsheets and software systems
  • Log activity, schedule changes, and updates accurately
  • Support caregiver scheduling and client coordination as needed
  • Help resolve issues promptly to ensure client and caregiver satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality of care and service delivery
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and team members
