About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations on our senior living campus. This role serves as a key point of contact for staff, residents, families, and visitors, ensuring efficient office operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Carry out duties and function to support Walnut Hills as assigned. Monitor compliance with various programs within healthcare. Assist in annual updates, surveys and audits. Schedule meetings and assist when requested by the VP of Operations and well as Healthcare Administration. Special projects and other tasks as requested by VP of Operations. Provide administrative support to leadership and department managers Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents Coordinate office supplies and maintain organized workspaces Assist with event planning and campus activities as needed Assist our maintenance team with customer service with residents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative or office experience required (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
