About The Position

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with daily office tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, maintaining calendars for the team. Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials. Input and manage data accurately in databases and spreadsheets. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval. Handle inquiries, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Provide administrative support to team members as needed, assisting with various tasks and projects. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment. Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
