About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides high‑level support to one or more directors, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and effective time management. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining complex executive calendars, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence, screening calls, and managing incoming communications. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of administrative support experience and a proven ability to support senior leaders with professionalism and discretion.

  • Manage multiple executive calendars, including conflict resolution and scheduling adjustments
  • Communicate regularly with directors to ensure alignment on priorities
  • Use the quarterly planning guide to proactively schedule activities up to three weeks in advance
  • Participate in weekly check‑ins
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and coffeehouse connections
  • Maintain flexibility to support evolving team needs
