Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a construction or service industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating team meetings.
  • Light Bookkeeping tasks Invoicing and Accounts payable
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data integrity.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes, including tracking payments.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and office organization.
