About The Position

We're on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant who's ready to dive into a dynamic role supporting our Chairman & CEO. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or administrative roles.
  • A proactive and assertive personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet navigation.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and is eager to take initiative.
  • Experienced in handling confidential matters and sensitive situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Efficient and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of planning and executing projects of various sizes, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure everyone is prepped and ready to roll.
  • Create top-notch presentations, reports, and briefings for our senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Keep our files and records shipshape, making sure everything is where it should be and following company policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • Keep an eagle eye on expenses, tracking receipts and invoices with precision.
  • Manage executive communication and correspondence like a pro.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
