Comunale is seeking an Administrative Assistant to asssist out Plumbing Service department. Provide administrative support to the Plumbing Service Department, including general clerical tasks, project‑based work, and backup support for dispatching and payroll. Maintain a professional company image through in‑person and phone interactions. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, clear communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. S.A. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 3+ years’ clerical or administrative experience is required.
  • Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, and particularly Excel) and Adobe Acrobat is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Advanced Education is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, mailing, filing, taking meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.
  • Train within the Plumbing Service Department on operations and sales for small contract work, service calls, and preventive maintenance agreements.
  • Provide backup support for payroll by entering weekly payroll for field technicians and shop employees.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service from order through delivery.
  • Follow all company processes and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Plumbing Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Executive VP of Mechanical.
  • Generate PCO tickets; enter, reassign, confirm, and release purchase orders.
  • Create and track submittals and O&M manuals throughout each project.
  • Assist the Service Plumber to improve productivity and efficiency.
