About The Position

Superior is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in coordination with the Senior Executive Assistant, including calendar support, travel coordination, expense reporting, and event planning. This role will be based at our company headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in executive support or an event coordination role
  • You're proficient in technology and are very familiar with Outlook and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Assist with calendar coordination and expense reporting in support of executive leadership
  • Lead team member onboarding coordination for assigned departments and manage employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate executive travel logistics, lodging, meetings, and meal reservations
  • Support coordination and execution of internal and external company events
  • Maintain a high volume of confidential information and correspondence
