We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys collaborating with internal partners, and can confidently manage a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment. What’s the work like? You will… Operational & Administrative Support Serve as a central resource for administrative requests across multiple departments Provide comprehensive clerical support including processing incoming and outgoing mail, electronic document distribution, printing, copying, scanning, document preparation, and coordinating large mailings Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and documentation systems Complete and track monthly office expense reports Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned Communication & Coordination Act as a primary point of contact by professionally answering and routing incoming calls through the main switchboard Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, reserve conference rooms, and support event logistics Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure deadlines and priorities are met Event & Team Support Assist with planning and execution of hosted events, including managing guest lists, invitations, venue preparation, and on-site event production Provide backup support to members of the Administration team as needed Occasionally support extended hours for special events Compliance & Confidentiality Handle highly sensitive and confidential information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), with discretion and integrity Maintain regular and consistent attendance and uphold workplace policies, safety standards, and security procedures Okay, so what’s in it for me? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in general administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Comfortable using office equipment including computers, copiers, phones, and related technology
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Service-minded with a strong customer-first approach
  • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards
