Under the general supervision of the MS in Nutrition and Dietetic Practice Program Director, responsibilities will include but are not limited to data tracking for program accreditation and supporting student success, anticipating and fulfilling programmatic needs in relation to program marketing and recruitment, managing vital internal documentation, overseeing financial processes, and event coordination including planning, organizing and scheduling. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to enhance relations, serving as a resource and liaison with program stakeholders, and work independently and professionally with all contacts. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will provide full administrative support for the team and perform general office duties. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, critical thinking, initiative, excellent customer service skills requiring a high level of diplomacy and professionalism, an ability to establish priorities, and a positive outlook.
