The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping our Parking operations running efficiently. This position supports the daily workflow of the department by assisting with managing administrative functions, coordinating schedules, maintaining office inventory, and ensuring clear communication across staff and visitors. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing files and records, and assisting with equipment and system coordination. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support both front‑line and management staff are essential for success in this role. This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00
