This role assists four consulting groups with job tracking, invoice tracking, and client coordination. Typical responsibilities include: Maintain reports, files, archive folders, records Maintain and draft reports as needed Maintain computer software databases Creates cost estimates, proposals, and billing Communicate with client as needed Coordinate work documentation with other offices/facilities Other duties as assigned
