Works under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy. The position is responsible for general secretarial duties, including: establishing a filing system, answering the phone, typing, scheduling appointments, maintaining references, ordering office supplies, etc. The position is also responsible for processing payroll records, maintaining departmental-maintained employee records, departmental references, licenses and permits. The pharmacy administrative assistant will act in compliance with the service excellence expectations and ethical conduct of the organization at all times.
