Liaise between hospitals, courts (judges, probate auditors, and coordinators), Attorneys Ad Litem and public for high-volume and extremely time-sensitive caseloads. Sets up and maintains HIPAA-protected files and information. Prepares documents for review and revision by attorney in preparation for filing. Maintains attorney’s calendars and dockets, including appearance dates, and other related matters, to ensure deadlines are met. Maintains subject matter/case process logs for multiple case types. Other duties as assigned.
