The Administrative Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining and developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation. This position requires a well-organized, flexible individual who enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a division of diverse people. Ideally they are an energetic professional who doesn t mind wearing multiple hats and is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little supervision.
